Zhejiang Venture Capital was established in 1993
with the approval of Zhejiang People's Government. It is the first investment
company that is operated in venture capital system in Zhejiang province. Operation Policy：The company sticks to providing stock right investment for high-tech venture enterprise and increment service as well, such as operational management and consultation, looking forward to obtain increment benefits by transferring stock right after the invested enterprise become mature. Operation Achievements：Since the company was founded, it has depended on the tenet of investment: positive, stable and beneficial and has cooperated with more than 30 enterprises. The company mainly pours its capital in such area as electronic information, bioengineering, biology pharmacy, new materials, integration of machinery and electronics, telecommunications equipment, technique of energy saving and environment protection, etc. Three companies: "Zheda Haina（0925）"、"Shenghua Biok（600226）"、"Xin'an Chemical（600596）", in which the company has made investment are already listed in Shenzhen and Shanghai Stock Market respectively. In March, 2001, it has successfully gone through Wantai ISO9001:1994 Identification, which is the first venture capital company passing the Quality Management System Identification.
